12 Companies Listed on Boards in the Binhai Fund Town

Recently, the Seminar on Listing Cultivation for Hong Kong Stock Exchange & Special Listing Ceremony for Tianjin OTC Binhai Fund Town were held. Seven companies were listed on the “TEDA Listing Preparation Boards”, while five were listed on the “Specialized and Innovative Boards”. These twelve newly listed companies will now enter a multi-tiered capital market for incubation and development.

The “TEDA Listing Preparation Board”, jointly established by TEDA and Tianjin OTC, leverages the clustering effect of financial institutions in the area, including banks, securities firms, and funds. It built a service mechanism of “one servant to one company” to provide support to “seed enterprises” on the Board in areas such as credit limits, interest rates, and terms. The Board aims to guide industry leaders, high-tech enterprises, leading sci-tech enterprises ,and specialized and innovative enterprises to go public and enter the capital markets.
