Forum on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Enterprises Going Global & International Business Environment Innovation Held in TEDA

On May 28th , the Forum on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Enterprises Going Global & International Business Environment Innovation was successfully held in TEDA. Themed on “Linking the World with Synergistic Empowerment”, the forum was guided by Tianjin Municipal Commerce Bureau, Tianjin Civil Affairs Bureau, and TEDA Administrative Commission, and hosted by One-Stop Overseas Service Base in Northern China (TEDA). The event gathered nearly 200 participants from governments, international organizations, industry associations, and enterprises across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Through the launch of global service products, the inauguration of “One Alliance, Three Bases”, and the signing of cooperation agreements, it aimed to empower high-quality global expansion of enterprises in the region.

At the forum, the Overseas Service Base launched five products, including the Blue Book of Law Comparison in Key Countries, the 1T3C HR Localization Service Program for Chinese Enterprises Going Global, the Cross-border Trade Facilitation Service Package, the Embassy Visits & Overseas Trips Program, and the Africa Investment & Trade Localization Service Package.

During the forum, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Digital Going-Global Service Alliance was officially inaugurated to provide enterprises with digital transformation and cross-border resource integration services. Simultaneously, three bases, including the “Belt and Road” Youth Overseas Digital Marketing Base, China Short Drama Going-Global Base, and China Cross-border Digital Economy Talent Training Base, were unveiled to comprehensively enhance the region’s full-chain service system for enterprises going global through talent cultivation, content export, and industrial upgrading, thereby boosting the international competitiveness of China’s digital industry. Additionally, 17 experts and scholars from diverse fields were appointed as think tank advisors for the going-global service base.

The event facilitated multiple rounds of signings. Business associations from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, including Cross-border E-commerce & Logistics Committee of China Association of International Trade, Tianjin High-Tech Enterprise Technology Association, and Hebei Credit Association, entered into strategic agreements with TEDA Office of Administrative Services to establish an upgraded “Association Matrix” 2.0 for broader and deeper-level investor services at the TEDA Business Welcome Center. Leading regional enterprises like Chenxing Automation partnered with TEDA Going Global Service Base to access comprehensive resources covering policy, talent, legal, and trade support. Overseas industrial parks such as China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, China-Belarus Industrial Park, and Cambodia-China Comprehensive Investment and Development Pilot Zone, alongside foreign institutions, will establish 11 Going Global Liaison Offices through agreements with the service base. Companies such as HWTH, Linghai Industrial, and Jinghua Finance and Taxation were designated as Going Global Base Operation Centers.

Three parallel sub-forums were held concurrently, focusing on topics including Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States; Opportunities in Key ASEAN Countries; China-Egypt Digital Trade & Cross-border Digital Economy Talent Development, providing enterprises with tailored guidance for accessing international market.
