Working Together for Nurturing Global Talents! International Students from Nankai University Visit TEDA
Recently, the International Student Exchange Program (Season 3) was held in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA). This event serves as a high-quality platform to connect international students in China with local enterprises to facilitate economic and trade collaboration, technological exchange, business interaction, and talent mobility. It is also good for the region to improve the ecosystem for global talents development by offering full support to these talents in regional development. A total of 41 international students from 15 countries, including Ethiopia, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone, paid a visit to the China Tianjin Human Resources Service Industrial Park (Binhai New Area Park), experiencing the services benchmarking the global practice in the ITC International Talent Center in Binhai New Area.
During the event, outstanding international student representatives received the letters of appointment as “Senior Advisors for Human Resource Service Export” from TEDA. Jiuzhou Yonghua Global Supply Chain Co., Ltd., an enterprise in TEDA, delivered a keynote speech on global business layout and talent demand. Representatives from universities and enterprises had in-depth discussions with the international students on career development and talent policies.
This event opened a window for “the world to understand TEDA”. Taking this event as an opportunity, TEDA will build a new base where multiple departments work together to serve enterprises in going global. To contribute to the high-quality development of the regional economy, TEDA will formulate new standards for the whole-chain and whole-process services of export bases, and provide standard technical support for the high-level international human resources service system.
