Binhai Construction & Investment Group to Build HQ in Yuxiang Area

Recently, TEDA Administrative Commission signed an investment cooperation agreement with Tianjin Binhai New Area Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. The Binhai Construction & Investment Group plans to build a headquarters building in the Yuxiang Area of TEDA in 2024. Both parties will focus on developing new quality productive forces and collaborate in areas such as sci-tech innovation services, industrial investment, new infrastructure construction, urban renewal, and asset management. They will utilize the headquarters building to construct the Binhai Sci-Tech Innovation Hub platform and establish an incubation area for start-ups and a development area for growing enterprises. These efforts will support the high-quality development of TEDA.

With a registered capital of 30 billion yuan, Binhai Construction & Investment Group covers three major business sectors: urban comprehensive resource investment and operation, industrial investment and operation, and financial investment and services. It is currently transforming into a market-oriented, professional, and modernized state-owned urban comprehensive operation service provider. By the end of 2023, the group’s total assets had reached 220 billion yuan, with cumulative investments exceeding 180 billion yuan in Binhai New Area.
