2023 Auto Finance Industry Summit Concludes in TEDA

近日，2023中国汽车金融产业峰会在天津经开区召开。本次峰会以“新竞争 新突破”为主题，围绕汽车金融、汽车金融数字化、新能源汽车市场、二手车市场创新与发展等行业热点话题，聚集行业领军人物、业内专家、企业高管等600余人，为新格局下汽车金融破局建言献策。大会发布《2023中国汽车金融服务满意度排行榜》《2023中国汽车金融行业发展报告》，并正式启动《汽车金融行业自律倡议》，助力汽车金融行业健康发展。

Recently, the 2023 China Auto Finance Industry Summit was held in TEDA. With the theme of “New Competition, New Breakthrough,” the summit focused on hot topics in the industry, including auto finance, digitalization of auto finance, the new energy vehicle market, innovation and development in the used car market. The event brought together over 600 industry leaders, experts, and corporate executives to provide insights and recommendations for breaking new ground1️⃣ in auto finance under the new pattern. During the summit, the organizers released the “2023 China Auto Finance Service Satisfaction Rankings” and the “2023 China Auto Finance Industry Development Report”. They also officially launched the Auto Finance Industry Self-discipline Initiative to support the healthy growth of the industry.

Auto finance serves as a powerful engine driving car consumption2️⃣. TEDA has been continuously strengthening efforts in the “Auto + Finance” sector. This has led to the formation of various financial clusters, including the OEM finance represented by Great Wall BinYin Automotive Finance, CINDA FAW Factoring, and SAIC Anji Factoring. Additionally, there is automotive logistics finance represented by Lionbridge Financial Leasing and Transfar Leasing, automotive dealer finance represented by Chenghuitong Factoring and Haorun Leasing, and third-party service institutions represented by Guazi Leasing and Dasouche Leasing. This comprehensive approach has achieved fully-licensed operation of both traditional and innovative finance in the automotive industry.

The Second OPEB Global Partners Conference Opens

近日，第二届OPEB全球合作伙伴大会在天津经开区滨海-中关村科技园成功举行。作为国家海外人才离岸创新创业基地（天津滨海新区）拓展渠道、吸引人才的重要举措，本次大会吸引来自全球各地的OPEB合作伙伴、天津海创赛决赛选手、优秀企业家等汇聚一堂，共同探讨海外引才聚才途径，助力离岸基地建设的创新与发展。

Recently, the 2ndOPEB Global Partners Conference was successfully held at the Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park in TEDA. As a significant initiative to expand channels for the NationalOffshore Entrepreneurial Base for Overseas Professionals (Tianjin Binhai) and attract talents, this conference has gathered OPEB partners from around the world, finalists of the Tianjin Overseas Talent Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition and outstanding entrepreneurs to jointly explore avenues for attracting and gathering talents overseas, contributing to the innovation and development of the Base.

会上，离岸基地正式与英国智归科创中心、亚洲女教授企业家协会、中欧生命科学联盟、法中孵化器联盟协会、美东创新创业联盟等5家单位签署2024年战略合作协议。

During the conference, the Base officially signed strategic cooperation agreements for the year 2024 with five organizations, including the Chinazhigui Science and Technology Innovation Center in UK, the Asian Association of Female Professor Entrepreneurs, the Sino-Europe Life Science Alliance, the France-China Incubator Association, and the Eastern US Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance.

大会还发布《提升海外人才创业成功率的解决方案》。该方案围绕验证、托底、交际、自由化等四个方面，结合离岸基地服务优势和特色，将为海外人才提供一套具有实操性的创业解决方案。

The conference also released a “Solution to Enhance the Success Rate of Overseas Talents Entrepreneurship.” This Solution focuses on verification, minimum guarantee, communication, and liberalization. It combines the advantages and characteristics of Base services, providing overseas talents with a practical entrepreneurial solution.
